Difficult times in the housing market has created many

a home which, in turn, has increased the amount of competition of renters
wanting and needing good residential properties… This translates to rents
going up. The simple laws of supply and demand are pushing average market rents
up. The longer the crisis continues, the longer the rental market will continue
to thrive as tenants will need to stay longer and longer to save money for down
payment’s and rebuild their credit. This in my opinion, will be a strong market
to be in. If you currently own investment property that will not sell in this
down market, it would be an ideal time to rent and hold the property until the
