Fifth graders ski or ride three times FREE* at each of Utah’s 14 resorts with Ski Utah’s Fifth Grade Passport.

To complete the online passport application you will need to upload a digital photo of your child that clearly shows his/her face and a valid credit card. Please do not begin the application unless you have this digital photo on your computer or a web cam hooked up to your computer and your child present. If you only have a print photo of your child, please use the paper application and mail it in.
