Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle Endorses Allan Mansoor
Former Speaker Praises Performance as Costa Mesa Mayor
Costa Mesa, California – Curt Pringle, former Speaker of the State Assembly and outgoing mayor of Anaheim, has endorsed Allan Mansoor for State Assembly.
“California needs policy-makers of conviction who will rein in spending and make the tough decisions necessary to get government out of the way of job-creators,” said Pringle, who is finishing his second term as mayor. “As a member of the Costa Mesa City Council, Allan has done an excellent job maintaining a balanced budget while providing quality city services and his experience will be invaluable in Sacramento.”
“As the former speaker, Curt Pringle understands what is at stake and what it takes to fix our state’s problems and I appreciate his support,” said Mansoor. “We have to change the way we do things in Sacramento or we will continue to lose businesses to other states with friendlier tax and regulatory structures, like Nevada, Arizona, and Texas.”
Mansoor is a former Orange County Deputy Sheriff and first became mayor of Costa Mesa in 2005. He is running for State Assembly to cut government spending, reform the way we budget, and cut taxes so that we can create new jobs.
