Q: VA loans Cost more

A: False; in most cases the VET comes in with ZERO dollars to close and NO Down Payment.

 

Q: The Seller has to pay additional cost to sell the a VET

A: False; The Seller is NOT obligated to pay the VET’s loan cost, there are NO special costs just because a seller sells to a VET

 

Q: VA loans are difficult to qualify for.

A: False; In most cases the VET doesn’t need money to close and I have seen DU allow higher debt to income ratio on VA loans
