Costa Mesa High School Zone Mardi Gras Celebration –

On Saturday, February 27, 2010, the Costa Mesa High School Zone will hold a joint fundraiser in support of the schools in our zone. Your participation and support of this important community cause is essential!
This event is organized to raise funds for each school to be able to have the tools they desire to meet the needs of our children. All proceeds from the Mardi Gras Celebration will support Costa Mesa High School and Middle School, Davis Elementary School, Sonora Elementary School, Paularino Elementary School and College Park Elementary School. The funds will cover various programs such as, accelerated reader/math, drama production equipment, technology improvements, school newspaper, performing arts instruction and equipment, band instruments, library books, etc… Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 for each school.
This event will be held at Baja Blues, located at the Orange County Fairgrounds. The event will have a Live and Silent Auction, Entertainment and some great Mardi Gras style food!
Underwriting and donations to our live/silent auction are critical to ensuring a successful event!
Underwriting opportunities include:
King & Queen’s Court – $5,000 includes 6 all-inclusive tickets, 6 raffle tickets, and private lounge for 10 with Mardi Gras masks, listing on all marketing materials, online link, & promotional opportunities at event.
Captain of the Carnival – $2,500 includes 2 all-inclusive tickets, 2 raffle tickets, private lounge for 6 with Mardi Gras masks, listing on all marketing materials, online link
The Krewe – $1,000 includes 2 tickets, 2 raffle tickets, Mardi Gras masks and online link
Jesters – $500 includes 2 tickets, 1 raffle ticket, Mardi Gras masks and online link
Please consider the importance of participating and the benefits. Your contribution will be prominently displayed in our pre-event mailer, websites, and at the event. We will market to more then 3500 families. All donations are tax deductible.
